They sent to me without asking. This account was started from working temp jobs for the 31st District Agricultural Association (Working for the county fair) and it was from money deducted from my check. I guess since I haven't worked for the state for years, they sent me a check for $221.48, the total amount of the account as they want to close it. What would the taxes be if I deposited this into my checking account? If so, can I avoid any taxes by rolling this into my 401K on my current job or something?
