Nobody needs to have played the game to help me. It has little to do with the game. So here are the stories: I have one Admin, who has taken the term admin, and has gone to his head. This player does not know their place in the server. They go out of their way to trump over me, and make themselves appear better than I. I'm constantly dealing with their nit-picking at every aspect of the server that is "not to Taste". They are is known to back-sass anyone who disagrees with their opinion. This admin tries to essentially "own" the server, with, or without my input. These roles shouldn't be reversed, For i am the owner. This one i have most problems with. Don't get the wrong idea, the person helps. I Just am tired of the conflict caused by how they speak to others. This is the second player. They are help to the server, only specializing in one field, this person gets abusive with their powers when they are bored. They take some aspects out of proportion, and make constant loopholes around the rules of the game, making it impossible to claim stability. This is the third player. They are generally friendly This admin has the most potential, being able to solve problems the best, rather than complaining, or abusing powers. However, they can act immature at times.In addition, they have little experience. This is the fourth player. They are generally respectful of my actions, and will offer advice. They do often "Troll". That is my list, please help me.
Enforce your rules. Get one of your friends you trust to help. Don't be afraid to be straight up with stuff. Tell your admins to stop what they are doing that is bad, and if they don't follow your rules, simply demote them. Btw what's the server ip?
