What are some cons to genetically engineering a baby?

I'm doing an essay on if I had the choice to genetically engineer my baby, would I, I say I'm not for it and I have three reasons already but I'm trying to find some stronger ones that are science based as in what viruses or diseases it may cause or any other reasons.
There are none - for the baby - because the technology does not exist yet, but it can be improved upon until near-perfection is achieved. There are cons - for you - because morals and ethics are not entirely genetic. If you create a super-baby, what happens when he grows up? Will he be of such a superior intelligence that he decides the world would be better off if he made all the decisions instead of you? What if you argued, would he think that he had the right to kill you if it made the world a better place, according to his "super smart" logic? Would he resent you for polluting his perfect body with your "average" breast milk when he was a baby, and later desire revenge for this? I think you should not take this risk . . . because I can already tell that you are not gifted enough yourself to properly raise and control a true super-baby . . . he would likely become an evil genius and you would have blood on your hands as a result of the "decisions" you made, not just the genetic lottery of natural conception . . . If you have a natural baby, he will likely be no smarter than you, and thus easier for you to control, and naturally less likely to threaten the world as an evil genius if you predictably fail at parenting . . .
