There's this mother who tells her mentally retarded child he's better than others and girls are "bad", so when she's not watching he randomly attacks other children at social events or in public over little things like not letting him line up first for something, not giving him their food, not sharing their toys, or for not getting out of his way/ doing as he says ect then the mother tries to make out it's the other child's fault because they should have done as he asked. The boy also gets rough with girls by punching their shoulders and pulling hair all the time. I have two the younger cousins aged 10 and 6 (he boy is 11) and because I know the boy attacks other children when he came over to my cousins at a picnic thing I watched him closely then when he tried to hit one of my cousins I took his hand and told him to go away, the boy started crying then went to his mother and told on me, the mother came other and screamed abuse at me. Then left with her husband who is weird as her since he lets his son sit in the front seat and makes the mother sit in the back seat of the car. What can be done about this to stop the child from attacking other children? Because the mother always turns up with her kid who then attacks other children then the mother causes a scene, /every/ time something publicly social is occurring.
I would literally set them up. As soon as he touched someone you get his parents. When they give a B'S response then tell them to leave. When they don't call the cops and press charges for assault and battery and trespassing. Video will help your case a lot.
call the police when he hits someone...have the video camera ready....
