Tell her that it will attract more customers. People these days all want wifi for their smartphones, notebooks and laptops wherever they go. I know I do, and if I saw a coffee shop that would give out wifi whenever you purchase a coffee and sit down outside/inside the shop, I would definitely make the detour and stop there.
