Good Health Care Plans for an insulin dependent diabetic in Idaho.?

I need a good healthcare plan for an Insulin dependent diabetic in Idaho. I am Moving to Idaho so I should be able to get an exemption for open enrollment so nothing like that should affect it. I've tried looking around the internet but I've found nothing super concrete and was wondering if anyone with more experience with Idaho knew anything. The insulin used is lantus and novolog pens which both run about 350 a carton(without insurance) and I'd say I normally use 3/4ths a carton in a month so it can be expensive. So I was wondering if there was any healthcare plan that would make the cost cheaper and I would also need the ability to see a doctor every three months and lab tests to be covered. I think the prescriptions are both brand name drugs if that help. If anyone can help point me in the right direction or help find a plan that satisfies some of the requirements It'd be much appreciated. And yes I've tried looking around just not very successful and don't know the Idaho area very well.
