Lately in the past few days after I take a nap after school I wake up feeling nauseous. It has happened before this but lately it's been happening all this week. I'm a girl and I don't know if it's me just getting over that time of the month, anxiety, or something. I wake up feeling nauseous, and start to shake. But after a while I feel fine. But I' wondering why I get like this?
