It's 6:34pm and all i have had to eat so far is a cup of coffee, two biscotti and a granola bar. Can I get an ulcer from eating so little? My friend said that one of her friends got an ulcer because she didn't eat. My parents say I will get anemia. What are some of the consequences of not eating healthy?
anemia risk increases, ulcers- probably so...i can tell you that the stomach acid is there whether you eat or not, so it will be harmful to the body itself if there is nothing to digest.
