I'm not new to fitness, but I've only ever done bulks, never cut. I now Jst want to be lean but I'm not starting till the end of June. How much weight can I lose from the end of June to the start of September? I am in highschool, I'm a guy, I weigh 160 pounds with about 20% body fat. Do you think I could get down to 10% in 2 months? If so, how would I go about doing this?
