ok so since 2009 my parents, family, and friends have been saying that im very skinny. Today i can feel like bones and bit of my joints on my arm and legs; on my ankle i can feel bone easily. My arms are looking skinny and i can feel my ribs and the center of my ribs, i can also feel a bit of my spine. Is it something i should be concerned about? Is it because i have fast metabolism?? I have been eating a lot but i still look the same, i haven't gained any pounds and im now weighing 107lbs.. Should i go see a nutritionist, a doctor or someone? IS there something i can do to gain weight and fat on my arms, legs, and chest??
To gain weight you need to combine protein foods with starchy carbohydrates as indicated below. Good weight gaining combinations are bread, cereals, pasta, rice, corn, potatoes or sweet potatoes combined with meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, nuts or sea food. Peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches are both good weight gaining combinations. The protein in the above combinations will help to gain extra muscles.
