I decided to take up singing the other day. I listen mostly to stoner/sludge metal and want to start singing to those songs in genres and others similar to them. I particularly enjoy the vocals in Acid Witch, Fu Manchu and Electric Wizard so would you be able to show me where to start? I'm not a huge fan of the higher pitched screams and shrieks so if it's possible to avoid those and stay close to Acid Witch's style that would be great. I also noticed that Electric Wizard used some kind of effect for the singing on their album "Dope Throne" do you know how i could get that kind of effect myself? Thank you!
