I need distractions/hobbies?

I need easy to do, non physically demanding distractions. And nOT YOUTUBE OR Y!A. Actually, anything without Internet would be nice....I've had enough of the Internet. *In case you're wondering why*: this has been a tough week. The weeks just keep getting tougher and tougher! So I know that next week is going to be worse. I'm just...emotionally and physically exhausted. Emotionally because I've been crying a lot (long story....but this is the main reason why I need to be distracted from my thoughts/life) and physically because I don't get enough sleep (and that's why I need the distraction to NOT be physically demanding). Anything would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
Origami is one thing that might caught your interest. It needs focus and concentration. You can also try something in the Art department, drawing or perhaps writing in a journal if you may. You can also opt for reading a good book.
How about Geocaching? (Look it up). It's a little walking, but should help you sleep. Get Sculpy (or similar) and make beads? Learn to cook? Plant and tend a garden or window box? Learn to knit/crochet/do macrame ? Learn about trees or birds in your area? Build birdhouses?... some ideas!
