I am 21 and about 5 stone overweight. I am so unhappy, and I have finally had the kick up the backside that I have needed (been told I was too large to go on a ride at the fun fair in front of lots of people, so embarrassing!) If anyone could tell me a 7 day diet plan or how to burn excess fat (I have asthma so high intensity is hard for me) I would be so greatful! If it helps: I am very pair shaped, I'm carrying all my excess weight around the bottom of my belly, bum and thighs Thanks!
Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle commitment; not a 7 day diet plan. You make changes in your diet slowly so the changes you make you can keep and you keep making changes until you find yourself making healthy choices without thinking about it. Same goes for exercising, you can't have one without the other. The only difference is that exercising can be highly addicting. When you get to that point its the best point you can be at.
