Any right quadrant pain or pain in your right shoulder could indicate liver or gall bladder problems, so see a doctor. That would make you nauseated, too. Don't drink sports drinks since they are water and sugar, lots of it. Crackers do often go down easily and are easily digested. Avoid fats.
bright yellow throw up is bile. that's normal when you have an empty stomach because that is all that can come up, try eating something. idk why you are nauseous but it is all possible if you had taken in alcohol recently. otherwise you might just be sick. I wouldn't worry unless you start puking blood or the nausia gets unbearable and you're passing out.
drink a mix of 1/2 sports drink and water to stay hydrated, take small sips. eat a few oyster crackers and see if that stays down. if it lasts for more than 3 days go to your doctor. you might have the stomach flu.
