Do what Tatum said. If it's ALOT of lemons, then who cares. If it's just one lemon tree with not a lot, then just do what Tatum, but add a P.S. with a little threat or something. something like "don't expect another one, if i see you taking lemons again" or just relocate your lemon tree. If it bother you a lot, then get the cops involved and make them speak with her. she'll feel so embarrassed. or just give her some seeds, teach her how to grow lemons, and boom, she'll be your friend, and she can give her own damn lemons away. if it's close to the sidewalk, then she isn't really trespassing, but with new laws, they need to speak with the owner first, then just picking it (like before how you could pick trees that go pass their border)
