Tattoos on the head, face, neck, wrists, hands, ad FINGERS are a disqualifier from enlisting in any branch of the service. Get it removed or remain a civilian. That is the only choice you have.

Your choice. More ink is ok, as long as you are under the limit of tattoos, this varies by each branch of the military. Removal would be easy for something that small. I'm assuming it is black, which is the easiest ink to laser.
