I have no experience for the job. Should I say this: "I realize that while my experience may not be up to par with many of my competitors, I am more than willing to participate in your agency-approved training program to better my skills for the position. " Or do I not want to point this out?
I agree with billy, use the second part only. Always state the positive side of you regardless of the experience that you don't have. State your willingness and your vision for the company. Good luck!
