To whom it may concern: It has appalled me in recent light, how the authorities handled a case in Placentia California of a young driver on the road with illegal issues that could possibly negatively affect those around him. This young man has not paid his car payments, has no insurance, has outdated auto registration, and has been officially labeled by both psychiatrist and psychologist as being clinically bi-polar, suicidal and psychotic. Realizing that his boy is dangerous, my husband and I had gone into the Placentia Police station to register the boy as a missing person and were hoping the authorities would help us find this boy in order to get him off the streets and into a drug rehabilitation center for his addiction to meth amphetamines and heroine. The reasons we thought the police might help, was because the boy has not paid his bills, has no insurance for the car he is driving, he has knowingly let his registration lapse, has had collection notices and hospital bills showing up at his father
