Using the phone as a "HotSpot" means that the phone will send your 'wifi' signals for other devices (computer/tablet/phones) to go online/internet. So the data used will be from your computer and other devices, there are data limits. Computer Wifi: If you have a home computer with wifi, then of course you would connect the phone to the computer's wifi with no data limits.
