What's the best type of weight lifting to do if I want dense, thick bones and muscle?

Im trying to build muscle but only hard, dense muscle that increases my strength with it. i'm also trying to get thicker bones and tendons. What type of training should I do?
power lifting, doesn't rly build muscle just strenght
