I can't export and photos or videos or pictures onto my computer because my ipad puts up this message. I push trust and it will charge for a fraction of a second then won't work again, it happens repeatedly and I still have not gotten it to work. I tried to just unplug it and plug it back in and nothing. Any tips or suggestions?
