If you are a teenager this is not something you should deal with alone. Please tell a parent as they will know how to get her to talk and to call an ambulance herself. You aren't mature enough to deal with this situation alone and someone's life is on the line. Be a good friend and wake your parents. Also remember that everyone is responsible for the cause and effect of their own actions. She is not mentally impaired by ingesting paracetamol and she can choose to get help or not. This is a hard life lesson to learn but an important one. Most girls who OD on over the counter medication such as paracetamol are actually more likely to call for help if you tell them that "you have done all you can, you don't want her to die and you want her to call an ambulance and get back in touch when she is well and say goodbye".
