I love football and im 16. I dont want to be the next Ronaldo, or Lahm, or Buffon or ?zil; i want to be a youth scout. I want to one day be a youth scout for a team known for discovering players, like Barca, or most eredivise or portuguese league teams. I want to know what i need a degree in, and what experiences i need to one day be a top youth scout and discover the next yaya toure or Vidal, or any world class player.
Being a football scout isn't difficult at all. You'll just have to be at the right spot and at the right time. Trust your instincts. A scout's job is to find the right player, and persuade them to join your club's youth program. I wish you the best of luck!
