It seems like China's investment in Africa has already done a lot. Their massive infrastructure projects has created many jobs for Africans and more or less improved the quality of life in many African countries.
The UN is doing to improve woman education in Africa. As Becker of Chicago has said, if women get educated, and so are their families, the nations, and the continent.
