What is domain and range of y=-sqrt(x)?

It is written out as y is equal to a negative(with the minus sign outside the square root) square root x. What is the domain and range of this square root function?
Because it is the square root of x, that means we can not have a negative inside the square root, because the square root of -1 is a whole other range of numbers, (non-real integers). So, that means that X has to be greater than or equal to 0, because the square root of 0 is just 0. So: X
