Are you a goalie? Is It a team jersey? If you are a goalie , I would get an adult XXL if you are a skater then a large and if its too big you could all ways sew the sleves down and the torso part of the jersey. If you are going to be with your team for a while then I would get a size larger than you would need if you are still growing Good luck
Depends if wearing it as a fan jersey, as a goalie or forward. (in which case you need room for gear)
