I am thinking about going into paleontology as a future job. I had done research, but I am left with two questions: 1. Where would the best place in the US be if I wanted some hands-on experience to see what it's like? 2. If I where in a branch where I end up digging up large animals, which would be the lower cost: traveling around the world, or traveling around the US?
