I am a health freak. I exercise every day and try to eat healthy. I only drink coffee in the morning and water or club soda and almond milk. I eat a healthy diet but..... I feel like when I lean on something for any amount of time I have an indentation on my body that last forever!! Why am I retaining so much water!! I have low blood pressure every time I go to the doc and i check it at home to sometimes. what gives and how do I fix it!
Sodium (salt) makes you have a lot of fluid on your body but i know that lemons help take some water out of your system. So make you some lemonade or something. Good luck
