Hi so im 15 and I used to be a really speedy track and football guy, but after an injury to both knees, and not being active AT ALL for about 8 months, you can inmagine im pretty average to slow now. Ive been training for about 3months now but im still not even as fast as my 7th grade track time in the 100m. It's like I forgot how to run naturally. Will my "instincts" and speed come back?
