Would my degree count in Japan?

Posted at: 2014-06-09
I'm going to go to Purdue because at my high school, they do a program through a nearby college that I can get 10 credit hours that transfer to any university in Indiana. I am going to move to Japan as soon as I graduate college. Would employers in Japan see my American degree the same way American employers would? I'm going to get a work visa and then, as soon as possible, change my citizenship to Japan, if that matters. I would not like to go to a college here, and then have to go back to school there to be able to have a degree that counts. So, basically, should I go to school here or there? And if I go to school here, will it matter to Japanese employers?
I dunno, but whilst you're there, could you please send me back some parts from Mine's? Thanks.
I would imagine that a degree counts the same anywhere. Purdue is a respected school, and depending on your major, you should be fine. My advice would be to do some research. Make phone calls, send emails, and talk to professors there...
Me have no idea
