generally speaking men gravitate more to weight lifting and women more to cardio but am I the only one that thinks it should be the opposite? I say this cause women who lift have great bodies and nice round bootys and they just look healthy and sexy and on the other hand cardio seems atleas to me a more manly thing to do cause it makes you deal with physical pain and also makes you question life choices, what I mean by that is if you say your gonna run for 30 minutes on a 5% incline a lot of the times in the middle of that run your thinking to yourself "holysh*t idk if I can do this" lol but what do you guys think?
A combination of both is great for both genders. Weight training for shaping, toning, fat burning (muscle is your bodies fat burner) &cardio for fitness &you can burn extra calories.
