I think everyone has occasional thoughts of suicide. I'm not depressed, but at times in my life when I've been low, the thought has crossed my mind. What I recognize, though, is that no matter how long I live, it's nothing compared to how long I'll be dead so really, what's the hurry? Ages 12 to 14 are, in my opinion, the toughest ages. Your hormones are all over the place and that affects your mood. I remember at age 13 sitting in my closet screaming silently. Why? Because my Dad was singing. Why did this make me want to scream? Not a clue, but at age 13, it definitely did! The very best thing you can do for yourself is get out of your own head. The more time you spend thinking, "I'm depressed, I'm so tired, I'm so depressed", the more depressed you will feel. Find something constructive to do every day. Do something around the house to help, like pick up the towels off the floor in the bathroom and run a load of laundry. Load the dishwasher without being asked. Say something positive to someone at school who looks lonely, even if it's just "Your shirt is so cute". Be the light in other people's lives.
Yea probably depressed , try going out with friends to get a good laugh
