all my signs are good weights on target I excersize ect but been pretty stressed lately like my chest hurts... im only 25 and heart looks good, diets good I excersize, blood pressures great, I heard stress can only kill u cause it causes high blood pressure, high heart rate ect but I got all that under control.. can I still die if I maintain good health still? thank u for answering
You could experience a stroke but it's highly unlikely you'll die from extreme stress
