After I vomit, i usually drink water or eat something small.
Go eat. Simple carbs are best. Bread or toast. Plain rice. Fat will challenge your system more. Red meat would be a bad idea.
If you think you can hold it down. Soup would be good to start with.
It's OK to eat, but don't woof down any gut grenades. Eat some Jello, a banana, even a lean hamburger. Drink some Gatorade
