Can't tell just by you telling me you were born on January 30th. You will have to take a birth chart test, where you will have to include the time, year, and place of your birth as well as the date. All of these are essential in finding out your moon sign, Mercury sign, Mars sign, etc. etc. The exact moment and place of your birth is so specific, so special that it is what makes you unique. The signs you were born aligned at just the right moment and made you the way you are. Anyone could have any moon sign on that exact date. Say you might have a Pisces moon, someone could be born one year from now on your birthday and be a Sagittarius moon. Just look up "birth chart tests" and it should give you your chart for free.
