i need any advice yu can give? try to give fitness tips for beginners since currently i dont workout at all. During the school year i will be taking prereqs for nursing school
Depends on your height as to how over the standard you actually are. Start exercising...walking at a BRISK pace (about 4 mph) will work wonders. Ambling along at a snail's pace will do nothing. Do not try running until you have shed a bunch of weight so you do not injure your knees or ankles. Cut down on snacks between meals. Cut down on sugary foods (soft drinks, etc.). Reduce your your carbohydrate intake. You can try Hydroxycut (over the counter) but only at the recommended dosage - it has worked for me before combined with better eating and exercise. Good luck.
