I am the new Head Chef at an upscale Latin Fusion burger restaurant. It is not by any means ritzy. The burgers are $10-$15 each. We serve many different types of green salads and quinoa salads.. The location of the restaurant is in an area of Southern California that is becoming quite popular amongst the locals. We have a sort of Art Walk and vegan restaurants galore.. It's slowly becoming a mini version of LA.. There were some issues with the previous head chef and sous chef, so when I came in, they were both let go and I had the option to start a new menu. When I introduced my food, the owners loved all of it and wanted to buy my recipes. The problem is, they are new owners and have no idea how much a recipe should cost. I am new to this as well and have no idea what price to offer. What price do recipes usually go for these days? Any information would be of much help. Thanks:)
