Bandicam is awesome - it has a 'two sound mixing' option which is specifically for recording your mic and the PC audio at the same time. The unregistered version will allow you to record for up to 10 minutes, so if that's all you need then it's ideal.

Try OndeSoft Screen Capture for Mac
Try Adobe Captivate trial version. It works excellent even when capturing video streams. Camstudio is light and easy to use freeware if you are looking for normal desktop capture (videos and will be choppy).

Fraps is really good, I really recommend it. Bandicam is also good but I prefer fraps.
