I'm not allowed to drink energy drinks because of my current health situations, so I was wondering if Mio Liquid Water Enhancers was a energy drink. I know there are Mio Energys, but does the Mio Liquid contain any? I really want to try one. :(

Im 99% sure that the normal Mio has no energy things in it, but yes there is Mio energy that does, and why would they have Mio energy if Mio did have energy power?
Just read the label. It will tell you if it contains caffeine or not.
