Is the stress really worth it?

So there is this program at my highschool called dual enrollment which allows you to take college classes alongside highschool classes. The class that I plan on taking can be taken in junior as well as my senior year. My family is pushing me to get it done in my junior year however I have so many questions and the deadline is so soon. My guidance counselors are too busy to meet with me so I'll probably have to bring a parent. I also have to take the entrance exam which I failed by a couple points last time. I also have a lot of other things on my plate. I wanna know if it's really worth the stress just to take a class that I can do in my senior year, I'm a sophomore btw. Thank you.
The earlier you take it the better. Remember it's always possible to switch out of the class if it becomes too much! This class will be a huge benefit to you later on down the road. My advice would be to try and take it Junior year so that you have room senior year to take other classes or more college level classes your senior year. The stress will pay off, if it's a subject you are good at and have gotten good grades in in previous years.
