I'm using a pair of Alienware TactX headphones, and I've always wondered why my voice was so loud when on skype and why people could hear me typing, and I was always too lazy to check it out until today. I went into my audio configuration, and tapped on my microphone, and blew in it to see if it would pick it up then I tapped my computers microphone, and it picked it up I also did some microphone tests basically with just talking, and you can definitely tell that my voice is getting picked up by my computer, and not my headsets microphone so what I'm asking is is there anyway to fix this I hope I don't have this annoying echoing voice all the time on skype thanks.
Make sure you have your headset as your desired microphone
Unplug the other microphone.
