I've had the mouse for a bout a week and its worked perfectly. but today when i was playing Blacklight retribution i pressed non programmable button the speeds up the mouse and it just shut off. i restarted my pc and the center button started blinking and the mouse didn't work. every time i connect the mouse i got a message telling me the device was not recognized. i tried a firmware update. but every time i ran the update it would stop at 11 percent and give me the error cannot open bootloader device. i fallowed every step in the fix on the Q&A page and i still got the error.
