Was my chicken cooked enough?

I put 3 frozen (unthawed) chicken breasts in the oven at 350 on a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. I put it in for 20 minutes, flipped them, then put it in for another 25 minutes. The bag the breasts came in said to only put it in for 30 minutes, but I wanted to be safe, especially since my meat thermometer is broken. It wasn't pink at all, but it did have a texture I'm not used to. I'm used to grilled chicken-- never had baked chicken before. So to me the texture was odd, but is that just because baked chicken is different? Or because it was not cooked enough?
even if its pink outside it's not cooked inside because its frozen. from frozen cook it requires around and hour to cook at 350 temp. better is sliced into half and put it back then it will cook fast cooking from frozen is not good for health also as for health tips.
if it wasn't pink it was cooked enough since it had an odd texture it was overcooked and on the point of burning. the texture between baked fried or grilled should not be that much different. I much prefer deep fried, but that is just me. I am not afraid of a tiny bit of fat from proper temperature of the oil to deep fry anything.
not pink, then it's cooked
