What Should my weight be? And how can I gain more muscle?

I am 6'3 160 pounds with a normal build.I recently lost about 25 pounds in fat and I have been trying to gain muscle for the past few months and have only gained about 3-5 pounds. I work out nearly everyday and eat about 4-5 meals a day. Is there anything else to help me gain weight?
You need a caloric surplus to gain weight... Eating 250 calories over your caloric maintenance every day would make you gain roughly 0.5 lbs per week, which should be your goals for lean gains. Eat more!
