Can she get charged?

Posted at: 2014-06-09
This girl named skylar we used to be friends but now we hate each other. She's been threatening me. First she said she should punch me in the face and we were at school. And today I got suspended for punching her friend in the face bc I finally got tired of them talking **** and my friend who rides our bus told me that she said I'm a ******* twig and she can break me and I need to work on my aim and on Tuesday she's going to kick my *** and have a bunch of people record it. I have college to think about I don't want to get into another fight. Can she get charged for this?!
No, she can't get charged by the police. But what you can do is tell an adult (I'm assuming you're not 18 yet but about to be) and get her suspended for threatening and harassing you. Tell the adult your circumstances clearly and the exact situation that you are in. Make sure you get the point out that you don't want to hurt anyone but that you are sick of her and that you want her to get away from you. Let the adult (principal, counselor, teacher, parent, etc.) But whatever you do, REFRAIN from engaging in physical fights. No matter how mad or annoyed you may get, avoid fighting.
No you cannot press charges on her. In fact you committed an assault on someone else. If anyone is a detriment to your future it is you. If you have issues with someone then avoid a confrontation with them.
first of all, saying you should smash someone's face in, is not the same as saying you are going to smash someone's in what she said unless you miss typed was not a threat all the other things you think she said, you have heard it second hand, in other words its just hear-say
No.
