Can you do squats and situps everyday if you dont feel sore the next day?

I've been doing these workout videos. trying to do them every other day but The next day i don't feel sore like i worked out? can i repeat these everyday to tone? Or give a rest day anyway. I feel like im not gaining progress
if you are doing them with weights you'll need to increase the load if bodyweight squats try to add weight with whatever you can find or add more reps. I would take the rest because as the intensity increases you may begin to overtrain and will digress in your workouts.
