Hi! So... I just got Honor Roll for my grades, and my Dad is paying me $50, but I'm buying headphones that cost $20, which leaves me with $30. And then I'm buying lip gloss for $6 and tax and I'm buying three new binders for $8, which leaves me with $16. I want to be modest, so I'm trying to find thigh length white denim shorts that are under $16. Please help! If you can't help that's fine, but for the people who can... HELP ME! Go to a thrift store... generally speaking they have good clothes (as they throw out or simply refuse to accept any bad quality donations). You can also potentially purchase longer pants to cut them off and ask someone to hem them (if you know anyone who can... and you may want to ask around before assuming that you don't).
wear anything, everything is fashion if you passionate about it and you are comfortable it.
