First, is there such a thing as a harmful or unhealthy consumption of probiotics? I am currently making sauerkraut. I bought some greek yogurt to start consuming that. I also plan to make some kefir and start consuming that as well but how much is too much? Are two serving size cups of kefir a good proportion to consume? And would consuming some sauerkraut and kefir be too much in the same day or just a waste of consumption in one day? I suppose what I really want to know is how I can regulate my probiotic intake and stay on check with it to get the full benefits.
