There's not a specific amount that people should be able to bench. But you're young and have a lot of time. Make sure you build proper form and work up in weight from there. A good way to judge it though is off your weight! Depending on where you're at maybe make it your goal to bench your body weight. If you can already do that, shoot for 1.5 times your body weight. In powerlifting, a guy weighing 130, benching 308 lbs, is better than a 300 lb person pressing 405. Make sure to workout your legs, a lot of people skip legs not knowing that working out your legs hard releases a lot of testosterone that helps your entire body get bigger and stronger. Good luck!
