All of my life I have been criticized and have been put down by others no matter where I go and there really isn't anything that I can do about it. I always take it personally when I shouldn't especially when it's from my family cause it's not like I can talk back to my family since I'm living with them. What is the best way to deal with critics and people that just put you down for no good reason?
